黃志炯,副教授、碩士生導師。從事不确定性分析與應用、大氣污染模拟,模式排放清單建立與改進研究,在模式不确定性分析方法、生物質露天燃燒排放近實時表征等方面取得重要成果。主持各類項目11項,包括國家級項目4項,省部級項目2項,累計獲得項目總經費超過600萬元。發表SCI論文40餘篇;《中國大氣臭氧污染防治藍皮書》核心編寫組成員,環境科學學報和Atmospheric Environment期刊客座編輯,“中國環境科學學會污染源排放與管控專業委員會”和“中國環境科學學會臭氧污染控制專業委員會”委員。
